1. Definitions

- "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.

- "Vehicle" refers to any prestige BMW car rented or hired from Canopy Motors.
- "Rental Agreement" refers to the specific contract signed by the Client for the rental of a Vehicle, which incorporates these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Offered
Canopy Motors specializes in luxury car rental services, specifically focusing on BMW vehicles. Our services include short-term BMW rentals, long-term BMW rentals, prestige vehicle hire for special occasions, and corporate fleet solutions. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and the terms of a specific Rental Agreement.
3. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings made through our site are subject to confirmation by Canopy Motors.
- A valid driving license, passport or national ID, and a major credit card in the driver's name are required at the time of booking and vehicle collection.
- Minimum age and driving experience requirements apply and will be specified during the booking process.
- Cancellation policies will be detailed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the rental type and duration.
4. Payment Terms
Rental fees, including any applicable taxes, surcharges, and optional extras, must be paid in full prior to vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for corporate accounts. A security deposit will be required and pre-authorised on the Client's credit card at the time of pickup. This deposit will be released upon the safe return of the Vehicle in its original condition, subject to inspection.
5. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities
- The Vehicle must only be driven by the named individuals on the Rental Agreement.
- The Client is responsible for adhering to all traffic laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where the Vehicle is operated.
- Any damage to the Vehicle, including but not limited to bodywork, interior, wheels, and tires, incurred during the rental period is the responsibility of the Client, up to the value specified in the Rental Agreement and subject to insurance terms.
- The Vehicle must be returned to Canopy Motors at the agreed-upon date, time, and location, in the same condition as received, fair wear and tear excepted, and with a full tank of fuel (unless otherwise specified).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
6. Insurance
All Canopy Motors vehicles are supplied with comprehensive insurance. The specifics of the insurance coverage, including deductibles and exclusions, will be clearly outlined in your Rental Agreement and explained at the time of rental. Optional enhanced insurance coverages may be available for an additional charge.
7. Late Returns
Late returns may incur additional charges, calculated per hour or day as per the rates specified in the Rental Agreement. Please notify Canopy Motors as soon as possible if you anticipate a delay in returning the Vehicle.
8. Personal Data

9. Limitations of Liability
Canopy Motors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our service; (iii) any content obtained from our service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
